Grassland-woodland mosaics in the Kisszénás Forest Reserve (Hungary)
K. Dobolyi and P. Virág
Phytosociological structure of grassland-woodland mosaics were studied in the Kisszénás Forest Reserve (Hungary) based on 115 relevés. Five groups of relevés were separated by multivariate analyses that represent the typical mosaics. The vegetation was analysed statistically according to phytogeographical area, phytosociological character, social behaviour type and ecological indicator values (preference categories) of the species. Grassland-woodland mosaics may be partly characterised by several types of coenotones and ecotones. With 10 tables and 1 figure.
